Study in Kosovo

APPLICATION GUIDELINES FOR KOSOVO 1.      Students must complete an application form and provide academic documents requested together with €250/- as per part payment of application fee. (This is non-refundable in all cases even if students withdraw as there are limited places.) 2.      ILIRIA (Kosovo) will issue a conditional offer to the applicant together with complete instruction. 3.      Upon submission of all documentation in (2) ILIRIA will issue an un-conditional letter to the applicant and send a copy together with all other documents to Kosovo for entry clearance. 4.      Upon being advised that entry clearance to Kosovo has been obtained, the student must pay the balance of the tuition fees and also a banker’s draft for €450 (in respect of an advance for their three months accommodation) before departure to Kosovo. 5.      Upon completion of (4) above, the applicant is to liaise with “NACO Consultants” to arrange flights for arrival in Kosovo. 6.      Entry clearance is virtually guaranteed on a first come first serve basis as places are limited. 7.      The entry clearance timing should be no more then 45 days from submission of all the documentation required. The final deadline for submission of all documentation and fees is 15th of every month (subject to final confirmation from the University)

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST FOR ENTRY CLEARANCE INTO KOSOVO Please ensure you submit all relevant documents. It is better to explain why you do not have a document than to submit a false document in its place. If you submit a false document it will adversely affect your application and your details and the document may be passed to law enforcement agencies in your country. Please put a cross (x) in the relevant boxes to show that these documents will be submitted with your application. ·         A copy of passport valid for at least 3 years (or less if on a shorter course) ·         4 passport sized photographs. (these must not be more than 6 months old) ·          (Police Clearance Certificate) ·          Evidence of previous education history. All original academics certificates and transcripts attested by their relevant boards and higher education commission Pakistan + 1 set of copies of academic certificates ·         Evidence of any funds set aside by your financial sponsors specifically to pay for your study ·         Evidence of your financial sponsor’s occupation, income and any savings or assets they have o   Affidavit of support from the sponsor o   Last 2 months bank statements o   Business documents if the sponsor is running a business o   Salary slips and company letter of employment if the sponsor is a salaried person (basic thing is to show the source of income) ·         TB Screening Certificate ·         Affidavit specifying that the student will not claim political asylum in Kosovo on arrival.     ·         Tuition  Fee:                                                                           €3500/-                 ·         Application Fee:                                                                    €250/- ·         Accommodation fee:                                                            €450/- ·         Processing & Consultancy fee:                                         €300/-   Total Draft / Cheque Payable to NACO Consultants (Pvt.)
